My food philosophy is simple: eat real food. My passions include scratch cooking, the local food movement, and sustainability. For me, nutrition and sustainability go hand in hand. Without a healthy environment, quality soil, and the reduction in chemicals, neither our planet nor our food can thrive.
I stick to the basics - I prioritize food that has been around for hundreds of years and doesn't require a manufacturing plant to make it from farm to table. I stick to the superfoods that can be found in the produce aisle and emphasize seasonal eating.
What I do:
I work with individuals and families to make grounding, nourishing meals more accessible and convenient. I create weekly meals that can be tailored to individuals preferences and dietary restrictions including gluten and dairy free, vegan, or plant based.
I focus on sustainability and nutrition as one. My sourcing is always local when available and never with the use of chemicals or pesticides. My packaging includes 100% compostable containers as well as reusable glass containers.
